Staff review and approve AI output—accountability stays with people

Practical AI Systems We Build

Not strategy decks. Operational systems that move work through your organization—with humans in the review and approval loop.

Document Processing Workflows

Intake, extraction, classification, and routing for PDFs, forms, emails, and unstructured records—with reviewer queues and audit trails.

Vision-Based Intake Systems

Image and photo analysis pipelines that convert visual inputs into structured records, listings, condition reports, and downstream actions.

Internal Knowledge Assistants

Retrieval-grounded assistants over your policy, SOP, and program documents—scoped to roles, with citations and reviewer oversight.

Human-Reviewed Automation

Multi-step workflows where AI drafts and proposes, and people approve. Designed for accountability in regulated and mission-critical settings.

Multimodal AI Pipelines

Combined text, vision, and speech processing for intake, transcription, OCR, and structured-data extraction in a single operational workflow.

Operational Analytics & Decision Support

Dashboards and decision-support tools built on top of AI-extracted data—surfacing the signal staff need to act, not raw model output.

Evidence of Production Capability

We Already Operate a Production Multimodal AI System

Newbloom AI's founders built and currently operate Lot Lingo, an AI workflow platform used daily by paying B2B customers. It is not a demo. It runs in production, on Azure, with real operators, real throughput, and real operational constraints.

That means we have already solved the boring-but-hard parts that kill most AI pilots: uptime, error handling, human review loops, data pipelines, multimodal processing, and the gap between a working prototype and a system staff can rely on.

What this proves we can do

  • ~500,000 lots processed across ~2,000 auctions in production
  • Customer-reported 5-day → 1-day cataloging improvement (Your Turn LLC)
  • Vision + text multimodal pipeline operating at real throughput
  • Human review and approval built into every workflow step
  • Azure-hosted, with role-based access and audit logging
  • Founder-led delivery—not handed off to junior staff

For Owner-Led Businesses

AI Workflow Audit

For businesses buried in repetitive admin work.

Newbloom AI helps owner-led businesses remove manual admin work with practical, human-reviewed AI workflows. We review one workflow, map the manual steps, identify automation opportunities, estimate ROI, and provide a 30-day implementation plan.

Best fit for teams with high volumes of emails, PDFs, photos, forms, spreadsheets, quotes, reports, customer intake, or repeated follow-up—including auction and liquidation businesses, insurance agencies, property management and restoration companies, accounting and bookkeeping firms, home care and healthcare admin teams, staffing and professional- service firms, and PE or search fund operators reviewing acquisition targets.

1–2 week engagement · Optional implementation sprint available after the audit. See the AI Workflow Audit page for commercial pricing details.

What you get

  • Workflow map of the selected process
  • List of automation opportunities
  • ROI and time-savings estimate
  • Risk and human-review assessment
  • Recommended tools or build approach
  • 30-day implementation plan

Human review stays in the loop. We don't recommend AI for fully autonomous decisions on eligibility, legal, medical, financial, personnel, or benefits matters.

Our Approach

A proven process that minimizes risk and maximizes value.

1

Assess

Evaluate your current state, identify high-impact use cases, and define success metrics.

2

Pilot

Rapidly prototype and validate AI solutions with real users and measurable outcomes.

3

Scale

Expand proven solutions across the organization with governance and training support.

Responsible AI, by Design

AI should support staff, not hide accountability. Our engagements keep people in the review-and-approval loop, document workflows so they can be governed, and avoid blind use of AI for high-stakes eligibility, legal, medical, financial, personnel, or benefits decisions.

Procurement & Engagement FAQ

Short answers to what prime contractors, government buyers, and operators ask us most.

Both. Newbloom AI can prime small, scoped AI implementation work and is actively available as a subcontractor or teaming partner to primes. We hold an SBA-Certified SDVOSB designation, are SAM.gov active (CAGE 16PU9), and can support SDVOSB set-aside credit on teaming arrangements.

Engagements range from a 1–2 week AI Workflow Audit to multi-month implementation sprints. Most pilot deployments land in 4–8 weeks. We deliberately keep early scopes small and outcome-based so buyers can evaluate working systems before committing to a larger build.

We currently work via direct contracts, SDVOSB set-asides, and as a sub on prime-held vehicles. We are registered in SAM.gov and with State of Minnesota, Hennepin County, and the City of Minneapolis. We can support purchase orders, BPAs, IDIQ task orders through a prime, and standard commercial MSAs.

Our default deployment target is Microsoft Azure (Azure-native, with role-based access control and audit logging). We support Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, and selected open models. Customer data stays within tenant-controlled boundaries by default, and we publish a Responsible AI & Data Handling Statement that covers retention, training-data use, and human review.

Production. Our founders built and operate Lot Lingo, a multimodal AI workflow platform used daily by paying B2B customers that has processed roughly 500,000 lots across approximately 2,000 auctions. That experience drives how we design intake pipelines, reviewer queues, uptime, and error handling for clients.

Engagements are founder-led. The same people who designed and operate our production AI platform are the ones writing requirements, building, and deploying for clients. We do not hand work off to junior staff or offshore subcontractors.

We do not deploy fully autonomous AI for eligibility, legal, medical, financial, personnel, or benefits decisions. AI drafts and proposes; trained staff review and approve. Every workflow we build has an explicit human-in-the-loop step and an audit trail.
